My Story
After stepping into a leadership role without adequate training or support, I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to lead successfully without the right resources. That experience inspired me to create Eyak Consulting -- an organization dedicated to helping businesses develop confident leaders, compliant workplaces, and skilled employees through practical , customized consulting and training.
